Recent development in ergonomics and safety and its implementation require a comprehensive exchange of ideas between ergonomics and safety related researchers and professionals. Recognizing this need, the School of Manufacturing Engineering (SME), Universiti Malaysia Perlis, is providing an appropriate forum on such exchange through this National Symposium on Advancements in Ergonomics and Safety (ERGOSYM 2009).
ERGOSYM 2009 provides the platform for experts from various fields of ergonomics and safety to share and exchange their experience and expertise in promoting ergonomics and safety. Exposure to practical ergonomics and safety approaches and cost-effective solutions from within similar areas shall benefit the others.
