On behalf of the A3I Campus Asia Plus committee, I extend my deepest gratitude to all those who have contributed to the success of this program.
We extend our deepest gratitude to UniMAP management, especially Ybhg Prof. Dato’ Zaliman Sauli, all Deputy vice-chancellors, the Dean Siti Khadijah Zaaba, and members of Fakulti Kejuruteraan dan Teknologi Elektronik Unimap for the endless and continuous support to the program. We also would like to say a big thanks to Prof. Dr. Mustafa Al-Bakri Abdullah, Deputy vice-chancellor of HEPA and Pusat Pembangunan dan Perkhidmatan Pelajar (P3P), for the budget approval and full assistance given to this program, especially on the support on the transportation, accommodation, event meals, budget for activity and so on. This is also a privilege now for this A3I short mobility program to be part of the UniMAP Global Outreach (UniGO).
Not to forget the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research & Innovation for the support since the first edition of this mobility program. Next, to the Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar. Thank you so much for all the help and assistance since the day we travel to Penang to pick up the participants, until the end of the program.
And finally, to all the participants! Thank you so much for your commitment and cooperation in ensuring the smoothness of the program. It is a big pleasure to UniMAP, specifically for me to host and handle all of you. Hopefully, all of you enjoy all the activities.
From the lively beats of the kompang, to the graceful moves of silat, to the unique and beautiful traditional costumes and traditional dance, and the intricate strokes of canting batik, each cultural class has been a stunning sample of how knowledge knows no boundaries.
You have witnessed the lively colours of Kampung Warna Warni and the engagement with the community, the opportunity to enjoy Malaysian traditional sports at each checkpoint, experienced the delicious local food and dishes, the stunning view of wang kelian, the exciting Bot Ronda at Timah Tasoh lake, the opportunity to touch and have contact with snake and reptile at Taman Ular, and explored the hidden gem of Gua Kelam. I sincerely hope that the landscapes of Perlis have transformed your perspectives through the extraordinary sightseeing adventure.
As you head home, remember the friendships and experiences that you have shared here. Keep the connections alive, cherish the memories, and celebrate the good times. I wish you success, growth, and lots of warmth in your future. Keep in touch and keep the friendship among you forever. We do hope the moment and memories here in Perlis are unforgettable and remain forever for the rest of your life. Please do come again to Malaysia and to Perlis.
