Day 7: A3I Campus Asia Short & Summer Program at PKNU, Busan, South Korea
Student Updates:
It was another day off, so we decided to visit Gamcheon Culture Village for some sightseeing. The village was originally formed by Korean War refugees who built their houses in a staircase fashion on the foothills of a coastal mountain. The many alleys winding through the community are vibrantly decorated with murals and sculptures created by the residents.
We set off at 11:00 AM by bus with our Malaysian friend from PKNU. We enjoyed taking photos, admiring the views, and buying souvenirs. After a long walk in the hot weather, we stopped for drinks to quench our thirst. Feeling tired after a week full of activities, we decided to take the night off and rest.
